Local Driver - Troy, IN

  • Position: Local Driver
  • Terminal: Troy, IN
  • Shifts Available: Monday - Friday (8:00am start)
  • Equipment: pnuematic dump

Local Driver - Green Bay, WI

  • Position: Local Driver
  • Terminal: Green Bay, WI
  • Shifts Available: Tuesday - Saturday (5:00 am & 5:00pm starts)
  • Equipment: pneumatic

Local Driver - Green Lake, WI

  • Position: Local Driver
  • Terminal: Green Lake, WI
  • Shifts Available: Monday - Friday (3:00am); Tuesday - Saturday (5:00pm); Sunday - Thursday (2:00pm)
  • Equipment: pneumatic

Utility Driver - Green Lake, WI

  • Position: Utility Driver (combination of Local and OTR)
  • Terminal: Green Lake, WI
  • Shifts Available: Monday - Friday (day shift)
  • Equipment: pneumatic, end dump, vac trailer, flat bed, conveyors
  • Description: This position provides coverage to various needs: covering for drivers on vacation, hauling inter-company equipment, and other non-standard customer requests. When nothing 'unique' is going on, this position will be scheduled in to regular local dispatch.

Local Driver - Taylor, WI

  • Position: Local Driver
  • Terminal: Taylor, WI
  • Shifts Available: Monday - Friday (6:00am)
  • Equipment: end dump

Driver Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • One year of current tractor/trailer driving experience
  • Good driving and work record
  • Pass a DOT physical and DOT drug screen
  • US Passport or Passport Card (required for OTR and Utility positions; preferred for local; some local positions may require a Passport)

Essential Functions of all Driver Positions: Drivers must be able to perform the following functions and expect to do so on a consistent basis throughout the course of his/her shift. This list is not comprehensive and may include other functions.

  • Ability to drive for as many as 11 hours in one shift (12 hours with certain state exceptions)
  • Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time in the tractor
  • Report to Dispatch at a specified time
  • Maintain communication with Dispatch via on-board computers throughout shift
  • Lift and carry hoses up to 50 lbs.
  • Climbing in and out of tractor, on top of trailer, and on top of railcars.
  • Bending repeatedly.
  • Crouching, walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to understand and do simple math.
  • Able to read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Comply with all other company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and New Hire Guide.

MAINTENANCE POSITIONS

Diesel Technician/Mechanic - Troy, IN (Monday - Friday; 1st shift)

Diesel Technician/Mechanic - Green Lake, WI (Monday - Friday; 3rd shift)

Diesel Technician/Mechanic - Taylor, WI (Monday - Friday; 1st shift)

Required Technician Qualifications

  • Prefer at least 2 years of hands-on diesel and/or trailer technician experience, including, but not limited to:
    • Computer diagnostics
    • Electronic engines
    • Preventative maintenance experience (tractors and trailers)
    • Welding and fabricating
    • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Good work record, with references
  • Must provide own hand tools
